Harbour Masters
The Harbour Masters will assist you with mooring and provide technical services. Our Chief Harbour Masters are EMCI certified. The EMCI is the European standard for skilled Harbour Masters.
Reception
The Reception Staff are available to answer all of your questions about the harbour and its surroundings. You’ll find brochures and maps of the area. During office hours, you can visit Reception for these and other services:
- Access codes for the shower facilities and laundry
- Payment of harbour dues (with a Staff Member or using i-Marina)
- Tokens for trolleys
- Bicycle rental (via Leonardo Hotel)
- Entrance to Brasserie Bosch
Shower Facilities
After paying your harbour dues, you’ll receive a qr-code, giving you access to the harbour, shower facilities and laundry. In these clean and spacious facilities, you can shower and use the bathroom. They are further equipped with a baby changing room and a launderette. Change for the washers and dryers can be exchanged at Reception.
